TUB CONVEYORS

CHAIN CONVEYORS

Chain conveyors use an endless chain to transmit power and propel material through a trough, either pushed directly by the chain or by attachments to the chain. Chain conveyors are primarily used to transport heavy unit loads: pallets, grid boxes, and industrial containers. These conveyors can be single or double chain strands in configuration. The load is on the chains, and the friction pulls the load forward. Chain conveyors are generally easy to install and have minimal maintenance for users. INFEED CONVEYORS

Heavy duty inclined conveyor, tailored for your needs. Infeed conveyor is a feeding system to feed material into the processing machines. SCREW CONVEYOR

Screw conveyors in modern industries are often used horizontally or at a slight incline as an efficient way to move materials, including food waste, wood chips, aggregates, cereal grains, animal feed, boiler ash, meat and bone meal, municipal solid waste, and many others. Z CONVEYORS

Z style conveyor (some people refer to it as a swan neck configuration) is a conveyor in a Z shape. One of the advantages of the Z configured conveyor is that it uses a non-tensioned belt; a non-tensioned belt offers a cost-saving due to their self-tracking, long-lasting, and almost maintenance-free. DESALTING CONVEYOR

Desalting for packing, the salt is manually shacked from the fish and is collected in the tray.

WHOLE FISH FLOW SCALE

Martak whole fish flow scale is designed to grade anything by weight into as many grades as needed. The Martak next-generation grader software is very versatile allowing grading to be designed to fit most customers’ needs such as, reject a return, buffer hoppers for tub replacement, infinite number of grades, and custom reporting. Like all Martak products, it is designed with easy clean technology.
